Almost like a secret tucked away on our second floor is the 18'x21' quiet space. Basic equipment included for your project, or bring your own. Available for rent by the hour or day. Also available for naps. 

Green Room

Snug green room just off the cyc studio, designed for artists and clients to relax, recharge, and get in the zone. Soft lighting, plush seating, and calm tones make it a perfect creative retreat. Included in all cyc studio rentals, or alone for film/photo projects, or very cozy screenings. 

The professors' room 

Hoover Studio has a variety of smaller rooms for rent, even for monthly use. Designed to be flexible for most any project or creative work. The Professors' Classroom is 22'x16', come check it out!

Stepping into Hoover Studios you find our reception and main workroom, with comfy lobby seating beside the cyc studio. Included in all cyc studio rentals. 

The Loft Kitchen & table

Welcome to home of The Dancing Gilligan! Upstairs in Hoovers’ Loft, with a full kitchen—perfect for small parties, catering, or filming & photography needs. 

Hoovers' Hut

Hoover Studio is the realm of Hoover, the legendary ethereal mutt. Found “back in the day,” he’s inspired mortals and muses alike ever since. By day he hunts the endless summer; by magic hour he rules beachside gatherings, a halo of golden light in his wake. Please don't let Hoover get on the furniture—it's not good for his sense of mystique.
