Our 540 sq. ft. main room features a welcoming reception area, a small lobby, and flexible seating for 10–12 with tables and chairs provided, along with additional space to accommodate your own setup. A separate private office comfortably supports small meetings or focused work, with desk space for up to four—ideal for client meetings, calls, or collaborative sessions. Available with all cyc studio rentals. 

Upstairs, you’ll find our 1200 sq ft loft-style space with a kitchen, a table for 12, and cozy seating throughout. An added A/V system makes it perfect for intimate screenings or performances, with plenty of room to spread out for rehearsals or auditions.

We have all the rooms! Located on the ground floor and adjacent to the cyc studio is our green room and our hair & makeup room for stylist team. Included in all cyc studio rentals. Additional spaces are available for many projects and teams. Come see for yourself!
