Our Space
Hoover Studio has two floors and over 8,000 sq ft of room for your project, and many spaces can be used for your video, photo or creative needs. It’s a perfect location for many production requirements, with a variety of small and large flexible spaces. Conveniently close to most shopping needs, located within 1-2 blocks from coffee, donuts, grocery, hardware and general supply stores. Your rental at Hoover Studio will be supported by onsite operations and technical staff as needed.

Where did we come from?
Hoover Studio is a project of AJ Epstein and his production company, The Ethereal Mutt - Limited. Since 1993, Emutt has created ambitious and mischievous theater, art, and film projects throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. West of Lenin (our sister endeavor), is just down the road in Fremont, and serves as a creative hub, hosting a wide range of local and national projects in its black box theater, rehearsal studio, and visual gallery spaces.
